1.Bring updated Alabama Blue Card (Vaccination Record) 2. Download and Fill Out the Enrollment Form Below
Visit Center
Please bring all documents. Plan on approximately 45 minutes to get a full Tour and get your child(ren) enrolled. We look forward to meeting you!

Mon-Thurs 6am-10pm
Friday 6am-Midnight
Saturday 8am-Midnight
Sunday Noon-10pm
(Sunday-South Huntsville Only)
